The language displayed is selected on the device. The Purple DS app recognises the general language settings of the respective device and displays all texts in this language as long as the language is available. If the configured language is not set up, English will be used as the fallback solution. This also applies if the list of entires of a language was not completely entered or maintained.


Note:  iOS has an additional test for displaying a language. You can create a list of preferred languages in iOS devices. If a Purple DS app does not find the language configured as a language file, the app first checks the list of preferred languages. If a language from the language file is selected there, it is displayed as an alternative. Otherwise, the app reverts to the fallback solution.
