Information:
In order to publish an app in the Apple App Store, you need an Apple ID as a first step, which gives you access to both the Apple Developer Portal and AppstoreConnect. The Apple ID is always an e-mail address with which you register.
Users of an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad usually use the Apple ID to manage their app and in-app purchases. Users of other operating systems can also create an Apple ID.
Requirements:
Apple ID registration: a valid email address, date of birth and phone number. Optionally, payment information (credit card) can be stored.

Fill out the form to complete the registration.
If you have successfully completed the registration process or if an Apple ID already exists, you can continue with step 02 - Create Apple Developer Account.
